Will-Call
Will-Call is available for pick up as soon as tickets are purchased at the Pearl Box Office (see hours of operation).
Only the cardholder with a photo ID and credit card used is allowed to pick up will-call tickets.
Tickets or passes left by touring personnel usually arrive in the box office approximately one hour before the event start time. Unfortunately, the Pearl Concert Theatre box office personnel have no way of knowing who is to receive tour personnel tickets until they are delivered to the box office.
Patrons may also leave tickets at the will-call window; however Pearl Theatre box office cannot and will not accept responsibility for unclaimed tickets.
Tickets will be released only to the person whose name appears on the ticket envelope.
Age Restrictions
Except where age restrictions are noted everyone is welcome to attend events at the Pearl. Everyone regardless of age must have a ticket to enter the theatre.
Recording Devices
No cameras, audio or video recording devices are allowed in the Pearl. Any such devices may be subject to confiscation.
Accessible Seating
Accessible seating is available at The Pearl Concert Theatre. For additional information regarding the availability of accessible seating please call 702-944-3469.
Cancelled or Rescheduled Events
In the event a performance is cancelled or rescheduled, information is immediately placed on the Pearl Concert Theater website. We will make every attempt to contact individual ticket holders, however please be aware we may not be able to contact everyone. If an event is cancelled, refunds will be issued at the point of purchase only.
If the event is rescheduled, tickets purchased for the original date will be honored at the new date. In most cases, refunds will also be available up until the rescheduled date.
Lost/Stolen Tickets
If tickets are lost or stolen, you should immediately contact the original point of purchase to inform them of the loss. Lost tickets are similar to lost cash, and tickets will not be reissued unless ownership of a seat location can be verified. Reissue of a lost ticket is not guaranteed. If the ticket purchase can be confirmed, the box office will reissue the ticket to the original purchaser.
Thermal Tickets
Tickets printed for Pearl Concert Theatre events are printed on thermal paper. The writing on the face of the tickets is burned onto the ticket surface rather than printed. Tickets stored in cars, especially in glove boxes or on dashboards, or in other places of extreme heat, may turn completely black and become unreadable. This can happen even if they are in an envelope. Should this occur the box office may not be able to issue lost ticket passes if the original seats cannot be determined. Tickets should be returned to the point of purchase to determine if they can be replaced.
Refunds
There are no refunds or exchanges for tickets purchased. If an event is cancelled or rescheduled, tickets may be refunded at the original point of purchase.

The Pearl Concert Theatre is located in the Palms Casino Resort, which is just west of the Las Vegas Strip and I-15 on Flamingo Road. The box office is located inside the casino between the cage and buffet.
Parking
There is self-parking (located in the east garage off Hugh Hefner Dr and the west garage off of either Flamingo or Arville Rd). There is valet parking available at the main entrance or west valet near the movie theatres.
